I have seen many ways of setting up a Basha and Hammock and every one has there own way of doing it and I am always learning something new to improve my Basha & Hammock technique, but one thing is always agreed on, and that is there is no better way to sleep. With this Basha & Hammock kit I am including everything you will need to successfully set up what will become one of you most important pieces of equipment you have because if you can have a dry warm and comfortable nights sleep then what ever the next day brings will be ten times easier. Highlander BashaI have tested many Basha's and Highlander have produced what I feel is the best Basha on the market. They are a large 8ft x 5ft giving you plenty off protection and have 2000mm HH waterproof rating. They are made from light but tough rip stop nylon with re enforced strong webbing nylon tie loops on each corner plus 4 more on each of the long sides and 4 loops along the centre roof ridge, 12 loops in total, plus 28 press studs along the sides so you can join two or more together or fold in half to join both sides to make quick bivi sleeping bag. This Basha comes complete with a drawstring storage stuff sack. Weight 480gI have also included 4 x 3 metres lengths of 3mm para cord one for each corner of the basha. 2 x 25 cm ridge ties and 8 metres of cord for the ridge support.Nomad Tropical HammockThis Tropical Hammock is also my own personal choice and is the Nomad XL full-length jungle hammock 8.4 ft long 4 ft wide, The Nomad Tropical Hammock is made from quick drying rot resistant 100% polyester and has a double layer which gives the added benefit of being able to climb inside and pull the hammock over you see picture 2, so its perfect for a quick set up and on a dry night. This hammock comes complete with a drawstring storage stuff sack, Weight 420gThe Tropical Hammock comes with 2 x 3 meter lengths of 10 mm nylon para cord. Why not include our Pro Rig Set to complete the set.Its had lots of great comments from customers!
