The Maxim Series has been designed
for hunters and farmers wanting knives that offer long life blades and
functional non-slip handles. The Maxim fillet knife is just what you need in the
tackle box. The blade is constructed from hardened 420 stainless steel and is
razor sharp. Due to its stainless steel construction it will not rust easily and
the blade can be easily maintained to retain its razor edge. The blade extends
into a shank that runs the complete length of the handle. This provides added
strength and durability. When you first hold the Maxim Knife you will
immediately appreciate the comfortable non-slip handle that is a feature of this
range. The Buffalo River Fillet Knife is supplied with a durable Nylon sheath
designed to hold the blade securely when not in use. This is a very capable
knife with subtle design features that make it a cut above the rest!
