I believe that Bushcraft has something to offer everyone, so with the help of the highly experienced & qualified Bushcraft & Survival instructor Jason Ingamells who is one of the leading instructors in the country I have designed a weekend introductory course to show you how enjoyable and rewarding bushcraft can be. I would like to invite you to our 180 acres of conservation woodland in the Chilterns to join us around the campfire, sleep under the stars and taste some good old campfire cooking and experience the pleasures of bushcraft and living outdoors.

We will cover a selection of essential bushcraft skills giving you all you need to get you on the road to make life in the great outdoors not just possible, but comfortable, enjoyable and rewarding.

Beginning in a woodland camp on the Friday afternoon, our experienced & qualified instructors will throughout the weekend course guide you through the following subjects: knife choice and care, fire lighting techniques, tinder choice & preparation, game/fish & mammal preparation & cooking, shelter building, natural navigation, natural foods, traps & snares, natural cordage, knot work, tree & plant identification, water collection, filtration and purification.

My course is an excellent starting point for beginners and for those who wish to try their hand at something different designed to give you an insight into the many facets of this fascinating subject. At the end of an enlightening weekend you will have a clearer understanding of just how varied the subject of bushcraft is and hopefully be able to make an informed choice as to which path you wish to travel to gather a better understanding and knowledge of your natural environment.
