For over 25 years Cudeman has been producing traditional handmade knives from Albacete in Spain, an area of renowned for the production of high end sport cutlery.
The MT5 is an extremely rugged, hard wearing yet well finished survival knife.
The full tang blade is 5mm thick BÖHLER N-695 stainless steel with a 59-61 HRc hardness rating, a satin finish and a slightly tapered drop point. It has a full flat grind which is a variation on the Scandinavian grind for blades that are thick but need to be keen as well. It's easy to maintain, which is good as it doesn't produce the most durable edge and will need regular sharpening.
The handle scales are crafted from Micarta with black liners and attached with stainless steel Allen screws. The bolster is A-304 stainless steel.
Supplied with a multi position, real leather, branded sheath.
This variant has a rust brown Micarta handle (120-X).

Excellent knife for bushcraft review by Wilo on 31/07/2016
Wonderful knife, had it for 6 months and lived up to all expectation. Handle feels positive, blade splits wood easily but also good for finer cutting. Build quality excellent. Quite.expensive though.
