Shipping & Delivery
If your order is placed by 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) then we aim to ship your order that day, on the rare occasion we are not able to meet this deadline then your order will be sent the next working day. Most orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and should be with you within 3 working days but please allow up to 5 days. Large and heavy items are sent via next day Courier service and should be with you the next working days. If you do not receive your order after 5 working days please let us know and we will chase it up for you.
Privacy & Security
Customers may confidently be assured that at all times we are vigilant in ensuring the privacy of customers information. We fully comply with the requirements of the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998 relating to the personal information you supply on this site. All information collected by us is used solely by Ronniesunshines and will not otherwise be distributed, sold, rented, traded or used for any other purpose unless required to do so by law. When customers create an account with us we use the information to ensure efficient processing of your order and to notify you of any events that may affect your order. It is entirely optional for you to Subscribe to our Newsletter during the order process however from time to time we do offer Discount and Special Offer Promotions via this method.
 
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent & DO NOT store credit or debit card details. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us or by checking the 'My Account' section of the website. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us.  

We reserve the right to amend this notice. Any changes will be posted on the web site and become effective immediately.

 
Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
To cancel your order before it has been despatched and to receive a full refund please email us at sales@ronniesunshines.com
If however your order has already been processed and despatched you will need to return the order to us, to do this please print off the returns forms (print of here PDF), fill in all the information and return it with your item.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
The cost of returning unwanted item will be at your own cost.
*Note: Please be aware that items can only be returned for an exchange or refund if they are unused and in all their original packaging and have all of the labels and barcode tags attached and intact, don't remove them if you're thinking of returning them (please do not put tape or labels on the original product packaging). If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your exchange or refund request.

Warranty
If the goods Ronnie Sunshines delivers to you are not as ordered or are of incorrect quantity or have a manufacturing fault, RS’s will replace the damaged or defective products or if replacement goods are not available, RS will issue a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Faulty ItemWarranty is up to a period of a year. If the goods become faulty through defective material, or poor workmanship, but not normal wear and tear, they should be returned for our inspection. In the event of faulty goods needing to be returned, you must ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and that they are accompanied by our returns form (print of here PDF). If faulty clothing or footwear is being returned, please ensure that they have been cleaned of excess mud first - for Health & Safety reasons we are unable to process dirty products. The cost of returning faulty goods is not covered under warranty and must be met by yourself. We will of course send out any repaired / replaced goods free of any carriage charge.

 

I've received the wrong itemIf the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email us at sales@ronniesunshines.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
 
If your order hasn't turn up.
If you order is not with you within 5 working days of the despatch notification email it is possible that you postman may have tried to deliver whilst you were out, he should have left a card to request you collect you it from your local sorting office but we some times find that for various reason they don't bother.
 
We find that in 9 out of 10 items not delivered that this is the case and it is worth you popping down to or calling you local sorting office to see if they have it. If you find that they don't have it please let us know via email and we will take action from our end.

If your order has been sent via next day courier but has not been delivered then you will be able to track it with the details we emailed to you when we despatched your item if you are not able to do this please send please let us know via email and we will take action from our end.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The description and the price of the goods you order will be shown on RS's current website at the time you place your order.
All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications contained on RS’s website are published or issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They will not form part of this contract. The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, RS will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on RS’s website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is discovered RS will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel, RS will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. No contract exists between you and RS for the sale of any goods until RS has received and accepted your order and sends you confirmation in writing or by email to the email address you have given.  The contract is subject to your right of cancellation and RS reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any individual or company at its absolute discretion. Ronnie Sunshines accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of any product sold from this website. Use is at consumer’s risk. Knowledge of and adherence to local laws and/or statutes is the responsibility of the consumer. Ronnie sunshine, its employees and other agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or any other form of compensation. RS may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
Why do I need to create an account?
We request that you set up an account as this will help you track the progress of your order, and if you wish to order from us again in the future it will help to speed up your order process enabling us to give you the best customer possible.
We understand that making purchases online involves a great deal of trust on your part, we take this trust very seriously, and make it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personally identifiable information you provide us.
We do not hold or store any of you payment details and will not pass on your personal details to any one else, If you choose not to we will not send you any promotion emails or information
If at any time you wish to close your account this can be done very easily. You can do this yourself by entering your account and deleting.

The Law
Airgun & Air Rifle shooting in the U.K. is governed by extremely strict firearms laws. These laws exist to prevent the misuse of airguns / air rifles and there are severe penalties for anyone who breaks them, even if they do so unintentionally. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of the laws relating to the shooting of your airgun / air rifle and its ownership and comply with them.

As of 10.2.2011 every airgun owner is required to keep their gun/s in a secure manner the Home Office suggest that you take the following measures.

: Store your airgun/s out of sight and separately from pellets.
: Use a robust, lockable cupboard & keep the keys separate & secure.
: Always store your airgun inside the house rather than in an outbuilding such as a garden shed.
: Never store a cooked or loaded airgun.
: When using your airgun, keep it under close supervision & never leave it unattended.

What you need to know about owning an airgun
You do not need a licence to own an air rifle or air pistol providing it is not capable of exceeding a certain power limit with any brand of airgun pellet. The power limit is set at 12 ft. lbs. for air rifles and 6 ft. lbs. for air pistols. Your local gun shop will be able to check your airgun's power to ensure it does not fall foul of the law. It is your responsibility to maintain a legal power output. You may not possess an air rifle capable of exceeding the 12 ft. lbs. power limit unless you have a firearm certificate (FAC) which allows you to acquire it. You are prohibited from owning any air pistol that is capable of exceeding the 6 ft. lbs. power limit. You must be 18 years of age or older to buy an airgun or airgun ammunition. Between the ages of 14 and 18, you can be given an airgun as a gift, preferably by your parents. You cannot own an airgun if you are under 14 years of age. Any airgun (regardless of its power or classification) is considered a 'firearm' if it is used to commit a criminal offence, and simply possessing one when committing a criminal offence may greatly increase any sentence a court may award. Using an airgun to commit a crime carries prison sentences varying from three months to life, according to the seriousness of the offence.
What you need to know about shooting your airgun
You can only take your airgun onto land over which you have permission to shoot, regardless of whether or not you intend to shoot it. If you trespass with your airgun, you are committing the offence of 'armed trespass', the maximum penalty for which is three months' imprisonment and/or a fine of £2,500. If you are aged over 14 years, you can shoot without supervision providing you have permission to shoot over the land you are on. If you are aged under 14 years old, you can only shoot your airgun under the direct supervision of someone aged 21 years or older on private land. The supervisor is legally responsible for the actions of the person they are supervising and no pellet must go outside the boundaries of that private land. You can also use an airgun at Home Office-approved clubs or at a fairground shooting gallery for target shooting. You cannot shoot your airgun within 15 metres of a public highway if in doing so, you are causing a nuisance or endangering the public. Your airgun is considered 'loaded' if there is any form of projectile in the breech, regardless of whether or not the gun is cocked. If you are aged between 14 and 18 years old, you may only carry your unloaded air rifle (but not an air pistol) in a public place provided it is in a secure case which prevents it from being fired. You must be aged 18 years or older to carry an air pistol in a public place, even if it is in a securely fastened case. It is a serious offence to kill or injure any bird or protected animal with an airgun unless you are a person 'authorised' under the Wildlife & Countryside Act, 1981.
Special notice to parents
Parents wishing to buy an airgun for use by a person under 14 years of age must keep control of it at all times. You are committing an offence if you allow your child to shoot unsupervised, even on land where permission to shoot has been granted. You are committing an offence if you give an airgun or ammunition as a gift to a person aged under 14 years. Although a person aged between 14 and 18 years of age is allowed to shoot without supervision (on land where they have permission to shoot), it is highly recommended that you keep control of the airgun before and after the shooting session. It is preferable that no young person should have access to any airgun without prior permission being given by a parent or responsible adult. There are a number of ways in which you can ensure your child is taught safe gun handling -see the list of shooting organisations and coaching schemes.
