Refunds & Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.

To qualify for a refund, item(s) must be returned in their original condition showing no signs of use or damage and complete with all the original undamaged packaging so the item can be re-stocked and re-sold as new.

We will issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

All item(s) must be accompanied by a completed returns form (print of here PDF)

The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning unwanted item(s) will be at your own cost.

Please be aware that item(s) can only be returned for an exchange or refund if they are unused and in all their original packaging. All labels and swing tags must be attached and intact so please don’t remove them if you’re thinking of returning the item(s). If either the item(s) or the packaging are not in a re-salable condition, then we may decline your exchange or refund request.

It is your responsibility to insure that the item(s) are well packaged and protected to prevent damage while in transit. If the item(s) are damaged due to inadequate protection and packaging we will not be held responsible for any damage.

We do not cover the cost of returning unwanted item(s), the original cost of sending the item(s) will not be refunded.

Faulty Item

Wrong item received

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. Please contact sales@ronniesunshines.com or call on 01442 872829 with your order number and the incorrect item’s name and product number. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
