Reviews

I use these pellets in a Webley & Scott Venom Viper FAC air rifle in combination with A Hawke Sidewinder FFP rifle scope. I have been shooting for a number of years both air rifle, shotgun and .243 centre fire Webley used for deer stalking. As the owner of quite a few BSA air rifles in calibres from .177, .22 and .25 I am used to accurate shooting from all of them. However, the Viper is an incredibly accurate and powerful air gun. Made before Webley moved their operations abroad, so made in Birmingham, England, it is a truly impressive piece of engineering. My only criticism is the lack of a pressure gauge meaning using shot count to decide when a refill is necessary.

The H&N sniper lights are a tad light for this rifle but nevertheless, having purchased imitation plastic flies and spot glued them to a target at 50 yards, I consistently hit them with no effort. I keep a stock of 2,000 pellets and get through them quickly. The combination of the Sniper light pellets and the Viper rifle makes for some very satisfying moments in my back garden range. I highly recommend the Sniper Lights in any calibre. They are almost match grade so stray shots from disfigured pellets just doesn't happen!
